Prison Contraband
Contributor Janet Choi goes inside a California state prison to investigate contraband.
"Prison Contraband" was shot in two California state prisons, Avenal and Solano. It is about a serious issue: the ongoing struggle to keep prisons secure.
"Prison Contraband" is also about "keistering", which means: inject drugs up your or someone else's rectum, there is another use of the word you will learn through that documentary.
The contraband smuggled inside the cells is not the only issue. Cellphones are now the new security threat.
